No, the prices listed on our website are for non-managed servers. If you need a managed server, please contact our support team for a quote, or send us an e-mail at sales@primcast.com

It usually takes us 48-72 hours for us to have your server set up and released from the day we receive your order.

Primcast customers are always able to upgrade to a more powerful server at a later date. There is a no additional upgrade or setup fee. Primcast typically gives a 7-day overlap for you to transfer your data from one server to another. Please contact your sales representative for complete details.
